By accessing or purchasing from Steelo Printing (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.
1. General Conditions
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of service.
2. Products & Custom Printing
- All products are custom printed to order.
- Due to the nature of custom printing, all sales are final once production begins.
- Slight variations in color, placement, or texture may occur and are not considered defects.
3. Artwork & Design Responsibility
By submitting artwork, you confirm that:
- You own the rights or have permission to use the artwork.
- The artwork does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property.
We are not responsible for:
- Spelling or design errors approved by the customer
- Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork submissions
- Color differences caused by screen displays
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
- Payment must be received in full before production begins.
5. Order Processing & Turnaround
- Production times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Delays caused by high order volume, supply issues, or carrier delays are not grounds for refunds.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may result in delays or additional fees.
7. Refunds & Replacements
- Due to custom printing, no refunds or returns are accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- Approved claims may result in a reprint or refund at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website (logos, designs, text, images) is the property of Steelo Printing and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Steelo Printing is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business interruptions
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Steelo Printing harmless from any claims arising from:
- Your artwork submissions
- Violation of these Terms
- Infringement of third-party rights
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
