Refund & Return Policy (Printed Apparel)
Because all of our apparel is custom printed to order, all sales are final once an order has been produced.
No Returns or Refunds on Custom Prints
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size selection
- Color differences caused by screen or monitor variations
- Design approval errors after print confirmation
Please double-check sizes, colors, and artwork before placing your order.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect due to our error, we’ll make it right.
To qualify for a replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
Once approved, we will:
- Reprint the item at no cost, or
- Issue a refund at our discretion
